RZCREW Europe Terms & Conditions

RZCREW Europe (RZCrew Trading Pte Ltd) is a performance parts distributor dealing with over 970 brands globally. We ship directly to customers from our warehouses in Japan, USA, and Europe. We take pride in delivering the highest quality original goods to ensure reliability and trust in every build.


Orders and Deliveries

  1. Product Availability: From time to time, certain items may be unavailable, which may affect our usual delivery times. If this occurs, we will notify you and provide options to order an alternative product or ship your order as soon as the item becomes available.
  2. Pricing: While we make every effort to maintain accurate pricing, changes beyond our control may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you before shipping to confirm the revised price or amend the order.
  3. Product Images: We strive to display up-to-date product images, but due to the large number of parts listed, images may not always reflect the latest manufacturer design changes. Photos may be generic, and the actual product may differ. Please contact us if you need confirmation before placing your order.
  4. Order Acceptance: Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of RZCrew Europe and are subject to credit or card authorization.
  5. Payment and Confirmation: All transactions are processed through Stripe’s secure server. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours, including your order number, contact details, a full list of ordered products, and all costs.
  6. Information Accuracy: While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date website information, RZCrew Europe disclaims any warranties regarding the accuracy of content if it becomes outdated or incomplete. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this information.
  7. Dispatch: Orders are dispatched once Stripe or bank transfer payments have cleared in full to RZCrew Europe’s account. We aim to ship within 7 working days and will notify you promptly of any delays.
  8. Unrecognized Addresses: RZCrew Trading Pte Ltd will not bear extra costs if the shipping address is not recognized by carriers. We may offer to update the address (additional fees may apply) or refer to the Returns Policy below.

Returns Policy

  1. General Returns: Most new, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Fitment-related returns are handled case by case. Return shipping and restocking fees are covered by us only if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  2. Returns Due to Customer’s Error or Refusal: If an order is returned for reasons beyond our control—such as incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or required fees, refusal to accept delivery, or similar—the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, including:
    • Return shipping costs to us.
    • Reshipping costs for sending the order again (if requested).
    • Payment of these charges before reshipping.
  3. Other Returns: If a return is requested for reasons not arising from our error, we reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, the handling of refunds, returns, and cost allocation.
  4. Refund Timeline: Refunds are generally processed within four weeks of receipt by the return shipper. This includes shipping time to us (5–10 business days), processing (3–5 business days), and bank handling (5–10 business days).
  5. Special Orders: All Special Order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  6. Promotional Orders: Black Friday orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  7. Defects and Warranty: Manufacturing defects reported after one week from delivery are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges are subject to manufacturer discretion. Warranty claims do not cover labor costs related to removal or installation.
  8. Warranty Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for warranty returns to and from the manufacturer are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed by the manufacturer.
  9. Fitting Issues: Issues reported more than one month after delivery are not eligible for exchange. Installation must be performed by a registered workshop following the manufacturer’s instructions. Photos of installation and issues must be submitted.
  10. Customized Parts: Any customized parts (engraving, diameter, machining, anodization) cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins.
  11. Return Instructions: Contact us with your order number and product details to initiate a return. All claims must include a photo showing the issue.

Shipping

  1. Global Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Some products may be restricted in certain countries.
  2. Estimates: Upon placing an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and chosen shipping options. Our shipping cost calculation is based on origin country, using the most affordable and fastest methods available.
  3. Weight-Based Rates: Shipping rates are weight-based, rounded up to the next kilogram per carrier policies.
  4. Customs Compliance: Some countries require inspections or testing (e.g., brake pad compounds). RZCrew Trading Pte Ltd is not responsible for related expenses. Compliance and costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Credit Card Security

  • All credit/debit card transactions are entered on a secure HTTPS web server. Details of the payment system and accepted cards are available on Stripe’s website.
  • No card details are stored on our servers.
  • All transactions are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Bank Transfers

  • All wire transfer charges are borne by the sender.
  • Orders will only be processed after full and verified payment is received.

Uncollected Orders

  • Orders not collected within 90 days from notification of fulfillment will be considered abandoned.
  • During this period, we will make all reasonable efforts to contact the customer.
  • If unsuccessful, items will be liquidated for inventory and supplier payment. No refunds will be given beyond this timeframe.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • Chargeback Policy: By placing an order with RZCrew Europe, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank. We are committed to resolving all legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.
  • Evidence and Documentation: In the event of a chargeback, we will provide payment processors and card issuers with all necessary documentation to dispute the claim, including proof of order, shipping confirmation, and communication records.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers who file fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be liable for any fees, costs, or losses incurred by RZCrew Europe as a result of the dispute.
  • Future Orders: We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who initiate repeated or unfounded chargebacks.
